Remind me to talk about how
when I stay up too late listening to music
from my "formative years" how that affects me.
It spurns so many painful memories,
that if God took me tonight, I would be fine with it.

How I wasted my life,
or how wasted my life is now,
I can't tell the difference.

There are times when I don't feel I belong here.
That my time was up a long time ago
and I should have slipped through its grasp,

Yet here I am.
It's a very strange place to be in.
It makes me feel very disconnected.
You're one of the reasons I stick around.
